1. Processing Time

Every order is prepared with care.
Once your purchase is confirmed, we take 1–2 business days to process and pack your items.

During busy periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer - thank you for your patience.

2. Shipping Times

We currently ship to the Netherlands.

Estimated delivery times:

  • EU (selected countries): 7-12 business days.

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the carrier, location, or external circumstances.

3. Shipping Rates

To make your experience smooth and accessible, we offer simple and fair shipping pricing:

  • Free Shipping for orders over 35€

  • Standard Shipping rate of 3.95€ for orders under 35€

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email

  • A tracking link (when available)

This allows you to follow your parcel every step of the way.

5. Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may sometimes arrive in separate packages to keep delivery times shorter.

You will never pay extra for split shipments.

6. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

If you entered an incorrect address at checkout, please contact us as soon as possible at team@nymaclub.com. We will do our best to update it before the order is shipped.
Once a package has been dispatched, delivery address changes are not always possible.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a second shipping fee may apply.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order seems delayed or missing, reach out to us — we are here to help.

We will investigate with the carrier and offer the best possible resolution.

8. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For shipments within the EU, no additional customs fees are expected.

If ordering from outside the EU (where available), local taxes or duties may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer.

9. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photos of the exterior and the product.

We will replace the item or issue a refund when appropriate.
